Ohio Council 8 President John A. Lyall continues to defend public employee pensions in the press.

Coverage of  OPERS and its affect on state and local budgets has been incomplete, inaccurate, and in some cases, biased.

Lyall countered inaccurate public pension coverage on pages of the Toledo Blade in January, and now, he has called-out the Columbus Dispatch for its biased coverage.
